It was a blazing summer afternoon, and the big blue swimming pool by the barn looked way too inviting.
At the edge stood Tina the Turtle, Benny the Bird, and Clara the Cow. They were the unlikeliest group of thrill-seekers, but today was all about courage.
“Ready?” Benny chirped.
“Born ready,” Tina said, adjusting her tiny swim goggles.
Clara stretched her neck dramatically. “Watch this. I’ve been practicing.”
Benny shot forward first, flipping midair before slicing into the water with barely a splash. Tina followed with her slow, dignified plop.

Then came Clara.
She took three thundering steps back, galloped forward, and—against all laws of barnyard physics—launched into the air, spinning in a perfect backflip. For one magical moment, time stood still. Then—KA-BOOOOSH!—a tidal wave erupted, soaking the hay bales, the barn, and even a very unimpressed sheep.
Underwater, Benny was laughing so hard he almost forgot to breathe. Tina gave Clara a slow thumbs-up.
From that day on, Clara wasn’t just a cow—she was the Backflip Queen of the Pool.
